| Bachan Island Indonesia ssp bachanensis |
Confined to the island of Ceram in Indonesia, generally
considered rare, but a number of commercially bred ? specimens have been
appearing recently. A similar race on the nearby island of Bachan has been
named G. bachanensis and is most likely a sub-specific form of stresemanni.
I am not sure tha data on the Morotoi specimen are correct, as I do not
beleive the species has been described from there yet.
