    Unquestionably the rarest swallowtail from the Philippines, so far known only from a handful of specimens caught in Mindanao in primeval rain forest ranging from the NE to the SE of the island. All records I know of are from Feb. to May. Likely to be extremely local, but I would not be surprised to hear that it is on occasion found in fair numbers if at the right spot and the right time...
